Copic 101

If you would like to get the most out of your Copic markers, this is the class for you! In this introductory course, you'll not only learn about the markers, but also basic blending and shading techniques.

Agenda includes marker basics (types of markers, papers, inks for stamping, colors), shadowing, shading, three different blending techniques, tricks with the Colorless Blender, and working with Spicas, Multiliners, and embellishments. Students will work in a personal booklet to practice coloring some of the newest A Muse images. This technique-based course requires the full class time, so no cards are made in the 101 class.

Supplies needed for class: Copic Colorless Blender and a pencil for taking notes. You can also bring any other Copic markers you own (please label them).
